Established in 1993 as KAWACHI MEDICAL
PLASTICS (M) SDN BHD (KMP), the company changed
its name to LIFE MEDICALS SDN BHD on 24th September
2001. The company's vision remains the same, and
that is to become a world class manufacturer of
Flexible Solution Bags (SOFT BAG) and Medical Disposables
in the region.
LIFE MEDICALS is currently on OEM supplier
and contract manufacturer for Medical and Pharmaceutical
companies in the Asia Pacific Region such as New
Zealand, Japan, Thailand and Taiwan.
All materials and components used by LIFE MEDICALS
are approved and certified by US Pharmaceutical,
European Pharmacopoeia and Japanese Pharmacopoeia,
to be used as premium packing for Medical Solutions
such as I.V., Dialysis (PD, CAPD) etc.
Production is performed in a 10K cleanroom. Routine
testing is calibrated and maintained to regulatory
standards. Meanwhile, stringent QC checks are conducted
at all stations with GMP procedures practised for
process documentation and traceability.
LIFE MEDICALS is capable of producing Medical Solution
Bags from 50ML to 5,000ML. Standard components such
as Medication Port and Twist-Off Spike Port (Butterfly)
are also available as a package. |
